September 29th, 2005<br /><br />A military client called with a broken frame. Essentially, they have multiple soldiers utilizing the pop up display booth. The last group to use the display assumed they didn't need to read the instruction manual for proper procedures on set-up/tear down.Because they neglected to read them they didn't know the proper methods and thus broke the frame in a couple places.
